Other Complexes that allow pets

Even if a complex has "no specific pet restrictions" this is NOT a guarantee your pet will be approved - Get it in writing !!

ALMOST ALL condos that allow pets require you to obtain approval from their condo board, so it's crucial for pet owners to write this in as a condition to their purchase contract.

The Complexes shown below all allow pets with "board approval, but have very different criteria:

The Copperwood I bylaws contain no specific restrictions for size, weight or # of pets.

At The Gateway Garrison Green you may only have 1 cat OR 1 dog & the dog's weight must be no more than 23kg (50.7lbs).

The Wedgewoods of Discovery Ridge allows a maximum of 2 pets but only 1 can be a dog. Dogs must pass a behavioral assessment indicating their demeanor & training is acceptable to reside in a high density residential setting.

At The Morgan complex their bylaws simply state that no large or dangerous breeds will be approved.
